“A Fun Place for Kids to Know and Grow in Christ”
2009 was another good year for Camp Wingmann. We had lots of groups stay with us on weekends during the school year and our summer camp was the best ever! It was a banner year with the highest attendance yet.
One of the reasons for this increase is word of mouth advertising. Campers tell their friends how great it is and then their buddies come too. Another reason is how fun it is here. The campers have so many activities and are on the go from breakfast to bedtime. A third reason for this growth is that not only do they have all this fun but we also talk to the kids about Jesus, have Bible studies and chapel services that are interesting and where we sing lots of fun Christian songs. Parents often comment to us about how they like Camp Wingmann because their kids are safe here, they have loads of fun and they get fired up for God when they are here. Campers especially entertain their parents all the way home after camp with songs and stories! Camp Wingmann truly is a fun place for kids to come to know and grow in Christ. Here is our 2010 summer camp schedule. To register click on the registration bar. You may also get more information by clicking on camp info. Camp Wingmann has the best summer camp program anywhere!

CAMP WINGMANN IS FANTABULOUS!!!
It is almost summertime – which is the best time of the year! It’s time to sign up to go to Camp Wingmann for the best church camp anywhere! No kidding! Every student entering 3rd grade this fall on up through high school should experience Camp Wingmann this summer. We have more fun and learn about God, too! All day long we play games and sports. We go swimming, kayaking, and tubing. And new for this year, we’ll be offering sailing lessons on four Sunfish sailboats! There are also sports like basketball, softball, volleyball, hockey, kickball, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and a camp favorite, dodge ball. New this year also, will be art, drama, and music lessons. Then there are the camp standards, including the ropes challenge course, frisbee golf, archery, and Wells Fargo/Camp Olympics.
Yes, it is all lots of fun. We even have a great time in chapel, too. We sing lots of fun and meaningful songs and worship God twice a day. Believe it or not, chapel is one of the camper’s favorite activities! If your kids don’t come, they will be missing out on something special, something that could be a life-changing experience. Here’s what some satisfied parents have said:

“My two children sang camp songs all the way home.”
“My normally reserved child talked my ear off for the entire drive home. He told me everything that happened all week. He had a great time.”
“I am so pleased at my daughter’s spiritual growth this week. This was her first time here and she is bubbling over with excitement. I want to sign her up for the July high school session right now!”
“I want to be sure to mention that your staff made my son try new foods and now ravioli is a favorite. My picky eater is now exploring new foods and I want to thank all your kitchen staff. I am forever grateful.”
“Just a note to say thank you for the wonderful week you provided our two sons. They both had a wonderful time and we were totally impressed with the reviews on how great the food was and the wonderful staff and counselors! I was also touched emotionally by the closing ceremony – seeing everyone having so much fun and sharing the Spirit of Christ . . . Thank you so much for such a truly, truly rewarding opportunity to help mold Christian men (and women) in such a challenging world in which we live.”
“As you know, my son went to Camp Wingmann this past week. He loved it. I felt like this is one of the best things that I have ever done for my son . . . Thank you for the wonderful experience.”
